Non -Delivery or Late Delivery

In case of non delivery due to incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout, we cannot be held responsible. If your mail has been returned to us, we will post your order again, but additional fees will apply.

If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company.
