If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it back to us!

We accepts returns within 30 days from receipt. For  money back you have to return the item within 14 days, after this period we give store credits only. Postage cost after the order is shipped is not refundable.

Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, no parfume.
Please note that you are responsible for your own postage costs.

Exchange - If you want bigger/smaller size or a different item, please place another order. We do not make any exchange!

If you would like to exchange choose store credit. Store credit is a voucher 100%  the value of the goods returned for exchange. With this voucher you can place your order again. The voucher you can use for your next purchase (for any products). Please note: shipping fee will be charged for sending the item back to you. We are a small label and we cannot pay the return cost of your parcel like big corporations. We hope for your understanding.

We do not accept returns of sale items only if they are faulty.

If you received the wrong item please contact us and we will do it right.

For the return request we will need your order id (8 digits letters) or order number (4 digits number -you can find it on the invoice), the name and size of the item you would like to return and the reason for return. After that you will receive an email with the deatils of the return.

You can receive full refund of your items or 100% store credit of the value of your items.
Store credit means a voucher that you can use with your next purchase. It is better and faster if you would like to order another size/color ...

Postage cost after the order is shipped is not refundable.

Refund of the goods purchased we can give only if it is returned within 14 days.

All refunds are processed back through to your original payment method after the item arrived back to us.
