For orders outside of the European Union custom fees and or other taxes might apply based on the destination country's tax policy.
All orders that are sent by the standard postal service are REGISTERED PRIORITY MAIL (letter not package) provided with a mail ID that is NOT a tracking number, however in some countries depending on the international agreements the mail ID is functioning as tracking number, too.
Tracking of registered priority mails to the USA is NOT available.
If tracking of your mail is needed, it is possible through the post via international protocol that takes up to 30 days.
Signature is needed upon collection.
If addressee is not available upon delivery the post leaves a note and holding your mail for you that you will have to collect yourself.
The Post is delivering the shipments only once. After that you have to collect your mail from your local post!

Based on the decision of the United States Postal Service (USPS), starting from 1 October 2015 tracking information relating to registered letters sent to the USA is not available.

Non -Delivery or Late Delivery
If you have not received your order within the above indicated delivery times please contact us!
In case of non delivery with Standard Postaal Service the post might hold your mail for some time before returning it to us. If your local post cannot provide you with info about your mail (from Public Beta Kft., Hungary) please contact us. All our orders are posted as registered mail, therefor can not be lost.
In case of non delivery due to incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout, we cannot be held responsible. If your mail has been returned to us, we will post your order again, but additional fees will apply.
In case of non-delivery or late delivery we cannot be held responsible.
However we will do our best to receive information about your shipment as soon as possible.
The orders are delivered by our contracted partners: DPD, UPS ,Post.
There is no refund in case of late delivery.
The order will be refund only in case of non delivery after the delivery company confirmed the fact of non-delivery.
All products are posted in excellent condition. If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company. This way we can avoid a misunderstanding. However, we would definitely like to hear from you if something like this has occurred.
