Public Beta ships all over the world from Hungary (EU).
Orders are sent by DPD, EMS or national post (Magyar Posta), as registered priority mail.
The Hungarian Post states that estimated delivery time to most European counties is 3-5 business days and to countries out of Europe 10-15 business days. (This might be longer during Christmas season).
Please be aware that the delivery times are based on estimation and are not guaranteed.
All orders that are sent by Hungarian National Post (Magyar Posta) are REGISTERED PRIORITY MAIL provided with a mail ID that is NOT a tracking number.
In the USA tracking of registered mail is NOT available since 1st of Oct 2015. If tracking of your mail is needed, it is possible through the post via international protocol that takes up to 30 days.
However in some countries depending on the international agreements the mail ID is functioning as tracking number, too.
The Post is delivering the shipments only once. If nobody is available at the delivery address upon delivery the post leaves a note and holds your mail that you have to collect from your local post!
We only list "in stock" items so your order will be processed right away.
All products are posted in excellent condition.
If you receive your order and the package has been damaged during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for this and you will need to make a complaint and take this up with the delivery company. This way we can avoid a misunderstanding. However, we would definitely like to hear from you if something like this has occurred so we can further investigate.
If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it back to us!
We accepts returns within 30 days from receipt. For money back you have to return the item within 14 days, after this period we give store credits only.
Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn.
Postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Unfortunately we dont do exchanges, but you can get 110% store credit that you can use for your next purchase.
We do not accept returns of sale items only if they are faulty.
If you received the wrong item please contact us and we will do it right.
If you wisch to return goods please submit a request for return in email: order(at)publicbetawear.com
For the return request we will need your order id (8 digits letters) or order number (4 digits number -you can find it on the invoice), the name and size of the item you would like to return and the reason for return. After that you will receive an email with the deatils of the return.
You can receive full refund of your items or 110% store credit of the value of your items.
Store credit means a voucher that you can use with your next purchase.
Postage costs are not refundable. Refund we can give only if the item is returned within 14 days.
All refunds are processed back through to your original payment method after the item arrived back to us. Refunds of bank wire payment we process via Transferwise.
